I have no problem with someone like renteria. I will wait for the cubs to have actual good players before I am disappointed with a manager.
When I originally read #10, I mentally put the pause in the wrong place and thought it included the phrase, "a computer Terry Francona", which entertained me for a bit.
I think you're being harsh, #2. I don't think the implication was "no managerial experience" = "terrible manager".
