I'm not clear how we define a pair here. But through age 22, Heyward had 14.7 WAR. Those overlap with Trout's age 19-20 seasons when he had 11.5 WAR. That's 26.2.
Andrew Jones and Mike Caruso?
in contrast with, say, Ted Williams, who I think we can be pretty confident would have put up something like a 205-220 OPS+ in 43-45, because that's what he did every year from 41-47 [well, a 235 in 1941, but who's counting]
