Seems as good a place as any...what's the televised Spring Training schedule? MLB.TV appears to be saying there are no games covered, which doesn't seem quite right.
They make it a real pain to find this, but if you search on the site for MLB.tv spring training schedule, it'll come up. I did it last night. I'd link it but I'm mobile and it'd be tough now.
This weekend, Yanks-Phils are on both days. Astros-Nats Sunday, as I recall. Maybe another game or two.

The NFL is in the stone age with media technology.
And halftime performers.

The NFL app is pretty damn bad. I tried to use it to at least listen to radio highlights for the Broncos-Steelers playoff game and got frustrated enough to just uninstall the app instead.
NHL Gamecenter is fantastic. For $20 for the year you can get your choice of radio feeds and highlights moments after they happen, plus condensed games not too long after the game. For a monthly fee you can watch any game, archived, and the quality is excellent.

They are now allowing in app purchases of MLB.TV. During the holiday season, various places like Best Buy were selling iTunes cards at a 20% discount. So now I will be able to buy the season on MLB.TV at 20% off. It pays to look around, every once in a while places will sell them discounted, Staples was a couple of weeks ago.
I'm just thrilled I only have to buy one app this year instead of two (iPhone and iPad).

Sounds like MLB At Bat/.TV, except gamecenter is more expensive for fewer games.
MLB.TV and MLB At Bat are the gold standard for sports on the web/smartphone.
This. I gave up trying to figure it out, so I just use Yahoo to follow the out-of-town games. (And I listen to my Lions on a station from Lincoln, Nebraska!)
Can anyone explain to me the Optimum Triple Play thing currently being advertised where you can watch TV and movies on your phone or tablet in your house?
I understand wanting mobile access, but that's not what this is. If I'm in my house with 4 TVs, including a big screen, and a couple of 19" computer monitors, why would I ever want to watch TV or movies on a small tablet screen, much less a phone?

You can take it into the washroom with you!
I so rarely get a valid excuse to watch Chase Utley with my pants off.

There are blackout rules. I'm not sure about the time frame for games posted after completion.
