Well Freeman did have the highest WPA of any member of a playoff team. I guess Harold doesn't believe in defense, which is weird because it was most of his value.
asking Harold if Trout was the best player in baseball. Harold said yes, but Cabrera was the MVP.
*bangs head on desk*
Last night on MLB Network, Harold Reynolds said Freddie Freeman would have been his choice for MVP.
I hope you don't give yourself a concussion.
I wonder if anyone other than the players cares about these awards.

...if Trout was the best player in baseball. Harold said yes, but Cabrera was the MVP.
NL Cy Young: Jose Fernandez, Clayton Kershaw, Adam Wainwright…
NL Rookie of the Year: Jose Fernandez, Shelby Miller, Yasiel Puig
I'd take the 1982-2001 team in a do or die matchup, but only because Gooden was that awesome and the 2007-2013 team would have a lot of passed balls.
The last 20 year old catcher was Dioner Navarro in 2004, when he had all of 7 PA.
AL Manager of the Year: John Farrell, Terry Francona, Bob Melvin…
AL Rookie of the Year: Chris Archer, Jose Iglesias, Wil Myers…
1. AL Rookie: I'm drawing a blank if there would be any other choices than these three. Maybe Martin Perez?
