If Biogenesis was only in existence during 2012, how could the docs be from any other year?
Didn't they have checks from Braun? Those would be dated.
Maybe, but often such slimeballs have at least some legitimate patients as well.
The answer to that question is of course obvious -- because he didn't care because business was good
Well, since Bosch isn't a Dr., he couldn't have any patients, legitimate or otherwise.
I don't know why we're arguing this. Why don't we just ask the NSA what A-Rod and Bosch discussed on the phone? I'm sure Sam supports that argument, since the monitoring was only used on criminals, right, and anyone who went to Biogensis was a criminal.
What were all of those MLB players doing at Biogenesis if not juicing?
What legitimate service did that facility provide?
Those are recreational drugs though, and therefore don't really go to the product on the field or the competitive integrity of the game. I'm not saying that would necessarily change an arbitrator's mind, only that the situations differ in kind.
(Nor am I suggesting that Selig invoke the best interests clause in this matter, which would be an abject abuse of the power.
Braun supposedly hired Bosch as a consultant during his appeal of the previous run in. That was Bosch's story as well as Braun's. We'll see, but presumably this is something that can be confirmed easily enough via the dates of his checks. There is of course the interesting question as to what expertise Bosch brought to the table.
If they were juicing why didn't testing catch them like it was suppossed to? Who cares what they were doing there, as I am pretty sure free association is still a thing, even associating with non-Drs.
If the government was involved, I'd see your point about "free association." But we're not talking about criminal prosecution. We're talking about a private entity enforcing its rules on its employees.
Even if it's snake oil of some sort.
why is everyone so incredibly eager to get arod?
Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.
What I mean is that there's a non-zero probability that you don't get what you paid for with guys like Bosch even if you though you were buying (say) HGH from him.
why is everyone so incredibly eager to get arod? i mean, it's not like he's the only guy who confessed to using BITGOD. it's not like he got out of a test or something else. seriously WTF? he doesn't even have one SINGLE Sacred Home Run Record
