Peavy smiles and says: “I try not to yell; I try not to swear. But at 7 o’clock every night, I turn into someone different. I’m out there trying to focus. I’m competing. I can’t control myself. But I have three little boys. I want them to be able to watch their daddy pitch without hearing all the yelling.

The announcer did bring up a good point though, it's become almost routine nowadays, probably to the point that it's practiced.
Four-run lead with one out in the 4th... 17 outs to go without giving up four runs to even up the series.
EDIT: And Lynn looking like he can get all 17 of those outs.

"Cardinals better be careful, the Nationals can hit home runs in bunches. In back-to-back games earlier this year they hit six home runs in each game against the Cubs. .... Granted, it was against the Cubs' pitching..."
