The last press release for the new football stadium (Farmer's Field?) had images of an outdoor rink, so I think if there are at least 2 organizations in LA positioning for this in the future.
They also have an outdoor skating rink during the winter at Pershing Square. I assume the ice conditions for that are poor, but that probably has more to do with having a million crappy skaters out there at any given time.
So as long as they're not playing the Islanders, they'll be fine?
