Scioscia has been in Anaheim for 14 years and won a World Series title and five division championships.

But everything has a shelf life, and as he oversees yet another season of Angels underachievement, it’s probably only a matter of time before Moreno decides it’s time to bring in a new manager.

But don’t mistake a change in the dugout with heaping all the blame on one person.

Was Gagne's actual claim 80% on hGH, or 80% on PED? My French isn't too good either, and the "reporting" has been all over the place.

I'm looking through rds.ca. The specific line they have is

IOW specifically HGH use.

Whether that's sloppy wording on their part, can't say. But all of the reporting can be traced back to RDS.

OK, thanks. I could actually believe a very high percentage of players using hGH late in Gagne's Dodgers tenure. Steroid testing was just gearing up and hGH was not only undetectable, but touted as being an even better PED.
