This is some of the greatest writing I have ever read.
Dear Primates,
I find myself visiting the gf's family in Evanston today and for the next few. It's not my first time out in Chicagoland, but there still plenty that I haven't seen. We're using public transit, so hopefully we can just target specific areas? I usually just trail the gf around and gorge on whatever hot dogs come my way (they really are better out here), but I'm hoping to contribute a bit more this time. Any particular tips/tricks on what to see and where to go would be much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Krusty
I went to the Wicker Park area for the first time this fall and thought it was great - fun bars (the blue bird) lots of interesting shopping, and what looked like some nice restaurants.
Of the 20 I got wrong, 14 were "Really? He played for them?!" and 6 were false positives guesses on my part.
I was sure Dean Palmer played with the Expos and then I remembered it was the pitcher, David Palmer.
Yep.
