I'm always fascinated at how all presidents (of companies, etc.) used to be referred to in the papers as "President (Lastname)". Now only presidents of countries get this treatment (and usually only the prez of US in the American media). When did this change? After World War II, maybe? And why?
Did he learn how to pitch to lefties or is Cleveland actually using him as a roogy? B-ref should have a PA% against righties on the main page.
2011:
vs LHB: 90 PA .152/.244/.215, 9 walks, 19 K's, 1 homer.
vs RHB: 177 PA .248/.303/.280, 12 walks, 26 K's, 0 HR.
2012:
vs LHB: 111 PA .218/.288/.297, 9 walks, 24 K's, 1 HR.
vs RHB: 167 PA .209/.289/.311, 16 walks, 29 K's, 3 HR.
And by playing SS, Marv Owen should be able to avoid Medwick making contact.
Not even the American prez anymore, per an AP style change a few years ago.
