I'm pretty sure he listed a future settlement with Dewey as "security" for the last Fox loan. I'm guessing he's not going to get the settlement he touted.
It's perhaps a bit more interesting that Bienenstock (sp?) landed at Proskauer, which supposedly has a sports practice (whatever that means). Anyone in the restructuring business knows there are more sports team bankruptcies coming down the pike.
