The timing for our first year electing 4 candidates could not have worked out better, since class of 2013 is the strongest in terms of electees that we’ve ever had. The top of the 1934 ballot included Ty Cobb, Tris Speaker, Eddie Collins, Pop Lloyd, Smokey Joe Williams and Cristobal Torriente, but only 2 were elected.

Except apparently he had neglected to give her the old "I'm in the NHL now so I need an NHL girlfriend" talk, so when they flashed Vincent Damphousse's daughter in the crowd and described her as "Brenden Morrow's girlfriend", there was a bit of sadness in the room.
Got to love hockey players.
It was awesome to see from really close Pedro, Raines and Moises. I mean, these guys are the reason why I love the game. (BTW, Raines is getting really fat...).

Despite the fact that it is now evident it has no relation to the article linked, I still stand by my story as a fun one. In retrospect it seems obvious...Damphousse spent the latter part of his career with the Sharks, not the Stars.
On a new twist to the hunger strike to have your demands met, Raines has decided to go on an eating binge until his deserved induction into the HOF.
Nah, he's just trying to deliver visual evidence that he remains every bit Tony Gwynn's equal.
