I'm a pretty anti-social guy but I actually enjoy being around people if that makes sense. I love to sit in a bar with a drink and a book and just let the assorted conversations wash over me. I have little interest in sitting down and chatting with people.
The place, with just 15 tables and a wait list to grab one, has long been a gathering place for Seattle’s sports elite, most of who seem to live on the Eastside.
I will never understand young rich athletes' obsession with the suburbs. Even if you're trying to avoid density, most of Seattle isn't exactly Manhattan. There are tons of nice neighborhoods with space and privacy that wouldn't require pain in the ass drives before and after games (though I assume the traffic at about 11pm isn't so bad).
For $175M, you'd think he could afford to come in every day.

I am a right in the middle of the city or way the #### out in the country kind of guy. And if it's the country, i need enough land to grow my own, because country grocery stores suck.
Ideally, a dual citizenship could be worked between country and city, which would preferably be an NL east city.
Mowing grass if for suckers. Get a goat, or landscape it in a useful way. I did enough lawn mowing growing up. I've sworn it off for the rest of my life.

It would be a blast to surround myself with smart, energetic people and build inexpensive, beautiful, zero energy, low cost, low income housing developments, just to name one example.
