    Miami Marlins pitcher Alex Sanabia says he didn’t know it was illegal to spit on the ball, the way he did Monday against the Philadelphia Phillies.

    #48--yeah. Lucky for she and I that I'm sort of sane. Funny--she was a great girlfriend, but a TERRIBLE ex-girlfriend. We stayed in touch, had things to divvy up, and she was awful. A completely different person. Weird, too, since the breakup was more or less amicably arrived at, there was no cheating or chicanery involved (that I knew of, anyway).

    The good news is for gamblers. The Marlins and Astros might be the easiest teams to bet against in history. There is only so low a -1.5 run bet will go.
