Results were that I was often consuming 1700 calories or less per day but burning over 3000 plus the increased metabolism that exercise gives you. I lost 37 pounds in 11 weeks (since then I've gained some back and am now working a little harder to lose some of them again, constant battle, etc.)
I wasn't starving myself by any means, I ate if I was hungry. I was worried at first when I realized how little I was consuming most days combined with the exercise I was getting and paid close attention to how my body was feeling to make sure I wasn't getting soreness, weakness, fatigue, etc. that might have been a result of insufficient food intake but I never had a hint of a problem
Only down side is that I've had to buy a bunch of new clothes, much of which already doesn't fit once again.
