Totally depends on what weightclass you're talking about. Heavyweight powerlifters are not lean, but many lower weight class lifters are quite lean. And most do dehydrate to make weight.
See I have the opposite view. The opening of the pro circuit just ruined drinking for me. Oh for the days when people drank out of pure love for it rather than the endorsements.
