Not sure why no one has put up a new thread yet, then I remember that only 10-12 guys here care about the NBA.
we won’t detract from what this site is really about: the IRS and Biogenesis.

Edit: Btw, Zwolle, the most enjoyable town I rode through this past Summer, with a big win at home to Roda this evening. Still plenty of games and a tight bunch at the bottom of the Dutch first division.
I prefer the real life version.
Meanwhile in the "pointless results that won't really change anything" Depo is finally starting to throttle Celta in the Galiththththian Derby. I have money on Depo this year, and it's money I've already put in the "sunk cost" department.
The C is for Continental. They make bike tires, in case you were wondering.
As for me, I very much like the delayed Semi draw (as opposed to drawing simultaneously). I just want somebody to knock Real out before it comes down to Barca. El Clasico has just about jumped the shark.
England is not an option. Possibly you mean Ireland?
I'm not sure exactly how I could make my praise fainter than that, though.
Hey, the USA was the place that got dicked out of the 2022 WC. England got screwed out of the 2018 one. So clearly they should move it to the US.
Btw: The Samp/Inter game has been postponed by "rain" while this Torino/Lazio game is being played. This rather illogical decision-making process is better known as "we feel really, REALLY sorry for Inter having played so well and "lost" v. Spurs this week." Italy is refreshingly transparent in its bullsh*t.
Sounds like the game was a typical sample of Portuguese football then.
Heh. I actually meant in comparison with Vitoria Setubal, who weren't particularly good at finishing, but had a number of dangerous, on-target attacks, as opposed to a vast number of very dangerous, off-target attack.
GOALKEEPERS- Brad Guzan, Nick Rimando, Sean Johnson.
DEFENDERS- Geoff Cameron, Omar Gonzalez, Tony Beltran, Justin Morrow, Clarence Goodson, Matt Besler.
MIDFIELDERS- Michael Bradley, Jermaine Jones, Maurice Edu, Graham Zusi, Brek Shea, Joe Corona, Sacha Kljestan, DaMarcus Beasley, Kyle Beckerman.
FORWARDS- Clint Dempsey, Jozy Altidore, Herculez Gomez, Eddie Johnson, Terrence Boyd.
USA roster for the coming qualifiers. Back-line is going to feature at least three new faces (including Guzan). The game at the Azteca should be a blast.
On a brighter note, here's video of an audacious yet brilliant back-heel from Totti this weekend.
I am psyched for the Costa Rica game, I have great seats for it. The USWNT friendly drew a lively, packed house, this one will be crazy by comparison.
"The best soccer in the world, in HD. Details this week."
Speculation is they're adding beIN, maybe very soon.
Yeah, I was too embarrassed to cheer for Fulham. Is it ok with everyone if we just talk about Everton this week?
I wonder what they'll do with the back four. I think Morrow's the only one who can play LB. Cameron should probably start at RB, but a CB combo of Goodson and Gonzalez kinda frightens me.
EDIT: Beasley at LB would be kind of awesome. I hope that happens.
Is Eric Lichaj completely useless? He never gets called.
beIN FIOS
Launching immediately in a few markets, system-wide by mid-April.
Friendly fire: U.S. coach Jurgen Klinsmann’s methods, leadership, acumen in question
Not that a lack of talent available at all absolves Klinsmann of plausible criticism about his manner of easing Bocanegra out of the squad or the integration of the German players in the squad.
1) the pink herringbone;
2) the jagged green and red stripe; and
3) the fuchsia with the massive black star.
Even the one they won the Champions League in was worse that the one they wore against Dortmund in my book.
Zounds! Why are Juventus wearing Palermo kits?
That is wonderful news!
Flynn, part of their reticence at making room for the badge was that they believed that "always" needed to make sure that there was room on the kit for the scudetto. Italian clubs who win the double frequently struggle with how to make sure their badge, their kit manufacturer's logo, the scudetoo and the tricolor bullseye (for Coppa Italia winners) should all fit; at least one of them can be relegated to a sleeve.
With the very weak and inexperienced collection of fullbacks the US will roll out for these matches it seems that having Howard as a steadying force would be more valuable than it usually is.
