So much for the baserunning clinic. Cubs could've had a double play there when Segura ran back to 1B, but it didn't look like ANYBODY knew what was going on for a second there.
Gameday sorta went nuts that inning. Can someone recap what went wrong with the Brewers on the basepaths?
I wonder if Segura would've been credited with a second stolen base had he taken 2B safely the second time. I mean, he should've been called out going back to 1B, right? But since nothing else went right that inning why not, eh??? That would be one for the trivia books had it occurred.
