Let's ignore the fact that the Rangers have been one of the best base running teams every year that Washington has managed them. I don't like Ron Washington, but I also don't like morons commenting about things they can't comprehend.
The Kinsler pickoff was technically a caught stealing.
Yes I am, and I'm being serious.
Point is, we need a 1B badly. Hope we can trade for Chris Davis or the like.
who are the announcers (I didn't see the intro)? thanks
That's a little weird. I'm pretty ure when there isn't a runner on, leaving the batter box in a direction away from first base after a swinging strike 3 means you're giving yourself up and you're automatically out.
Instead Pierzynski retrieved the rolling ball and jogged over to tag Escobar when he was almost at the dugout
I think the batter's not officially out until he hits the dugout. As a guy who turned around an ALCS by reaching on a dropped 3rd strike, I can't blame AJ for getting the no-risk tag out.
TBS: Joe Simpson, Brian Anderson, John Smoltz
They changed the rule because of that. Now you're out when you leave the home plate circle, if you're not attempting to go to first.
Joe Simpson seems kinda stat-friendly
Per BPro, they were one of the best running teams in MLB.
molina is the best option in a game where a hit blows it wide open?
just asking. don't know the rays bench backwards and forwards
Help us Fernando Rodney, you're our only hope.
No leaks from Day 1 of the A-Rod hearing? MLB slipping.
FWIW, I posted 281 in real time. Didn't need a replay to tell that was no catch.
