Or he was just a guy who was assaulted for no valid reason.
The need to demonize George Zimmerman before trial doesn't reflect very favorably on the members of the lynch mob.
Nonsense. He wasn't on a patrol,
Hey, guys, did I miss anything?
Posters on the right on this board have pushed back on that to defend Zimmerman's overall behavior while presuming facts not in evidence, which is pathetic.
"So what if Zimmerman went around following people despite knowing he had a concealed weapon while they did not!"
"Oh, following someone doesn't threaten the person!"
"You know, you're calling it a 'foot chase,' but at what speed were they going, we must be sure otherwise Zimmerman wins!"
I remember being followed unpleasantly twice – in NYC, a couple of years after the Bernhard Goetz incident. Once, I got on a subway car and realized that the only other person in there looked insane; I got up and crossed into the next car, he followed, and he followed me for several empty cars and a stop or two which were deserted, till I got off the train at 125th Street, where there are always lots of people. I was scared.
I'll make a new one.
Those here who are supportive of Zimmerman have readily conceded that it would be a different story if Zimmerman started the fight.
