And don't miss the Great Lakes Brewery on 25th st in Ohio City. Drink an Elliot Ness for me.
Also the wife and kid will be there as well.
mine too. My wife is originally from Cleveland, so perhaps while you and I are SABRing, they might be interested in some sightseeing?
Have a great time and I expect a full report of the proceedings.......
Some in the 40-50 age range as well. Unfortunately, I will not attend. Maybe next year.
I didn't want to short change those not in my demographic (though I'll be there soon enough). I just figured that they were more likely to have heard of SABR prior to frequenting BTF.
It was through SABR that I heard of BTF. I won't bore any of you with the story unless there is alot of demand for it.

So did I. I told him no, thanks.
List of SABR conventions. They've been to Florida once, St. Pete's in 2000. I've spoken to some who went there and they say it was the worst one ever. I don't think that was because it was in Florida, but more because it was the last convention before they instituted double-blind review for all presentation submissions. (And apparently that's the convention that showed they were necessary).
Than again, going to Florida in the middle of summer has its own downsides, if you think about what the weather might have been like.
The main goal for SABR is to meet where there's a baseball gmae, preferably a MLB game.
That should drive a few more people away.
