Is Drew Hutchison ineligible for prospect status now or did TJ surgery hurt his stock that much?

He pitched 58 innings last year, I'm pretty sure he no longer has rookie status.

Does anyone have any idea why people are so high on Marisnick? Even if he's a GG-type CF, I don't get how a .249 .321 .399 line with only 24 steals and 100 Ks in 489 ABs, topping out at AA at age 21, puts him at #2 on this list. He's reasonably young for his league, but its not like he's 19.

That is a pretty solid ISO for someone who is young and in a pretty advanced league. Whether it is right or not, the combo of power, speed, and glove at a young age is a pretty attractive package to a talent evaluator, especially since power and glove are often things we wait for a guy to develop. My hesitation is that it may not matter of the contact skill doesn't refine. I could see an argument that he belongs below the trio of pitchers, but they are so tightly grouped that I don't imagine anyone would try to wedge Marisnick between them, and putting him 5th would seem pretty low. Semantics, I guess.

I don't see why it should, unless you're implying that missing 50 games of development might merit a lower ranking. He took an OTC supplement that contained methylhexaneamine, he didn't know he was doing anything wrong.
