1. If Duensing was available for two hitters, can he really not stay in for a third? They didn't bring him in at all, so I'm guessing he wasn't available at all, or maybe they asked him to throw a few and see how he felt, and he said he was still hurting/tired.
2. Does having Nava hit against righties when the bullpen is in really offset him hitting against lefties earlier in the game? I don't know why you'd set your lineup to prepare for late inning situations when the game may be essentially over by then.
