And I don't think he's worth anything close to $18M per year. I'd maybe do 4/$50M.
edit: I should also add that I don't think he has to move to DH if his fielding in the OF declines significantly. He played a solid 1B this year and could probably handle that into his mid-to-late 30s.

Not likely. Soriano in LF, DeJesus in RF, Rizzo at 1B. DeJesus could move to CF but Soriano/DeJesus/Swisher is not a good OF. And Theo is pretty clearly trying to maintain financial flexibility.
I won't rule it out as he kinda needs to sign somebody on offense and there are no 3B out there ... and he can probably trade DeJesus somewhere.
