    I'm positive Phil Rogers has been supplying Tribune executives with underage prostitutes for years-the only explanation as to why he still has a job.
    (A cable "Hot Stove Report" started in Chicago last month-no matter how desperate I am for baseball discussions-I have trouble watching it when Rogers is on, although I did learn that Phil claims to be "good friends with Bud Selig.")
