if i was going to take a shot at a better format, i'd go something like:
counting stats: R, HR, RBI, TB, SB, IP, K, BB
rate stats: AVG, OBP, SLG, OPS, ERA, WHIP, K/9, GB%
advanced stats: bWAR, fWAR, wOBA, EQA, WPA, FIP, UZR, DRS
misc stats: OPS+, XBH%, isoP, FLD%, CS%, ERA+, K/BB, BABIP
