So I’ll admit that I did it. It didn’t make me better. It didn’t make me throw harder. It made me stay awake.
I have literally nothing against drinking heavily, often. However, are we really being asked to respect someone more for taking an illegal drug to recover from irresponsible behavior which will make the product we are paying to see of a lower quality than a person taking an illegal drug to get better at the game that we are paying to see?
Apparently, Goose thought it OK for players to do lines of coke, but steps to improve performance are a no-no.
Disingenuous is the word I was thinking of, considering the source.
