Franklin was actually added to the Braves bullpen. This of course will lead to his eventual release, but for now, good times in the Franklin household.

I saw Wes Timmons play for the first time since a few years ago....dudes a ball player. Made 2 diving stops to his left where not only did he dive but he had to react, sprint a few yards, then lay out. On one of em he even started a double play after his grab. Also he didn't rush his throws after the grabs...he calmy got up and sent an accurate throw over.

Don't remember him getting a hit but i know he can spray liners around. Smart player too

Mr Flowers just got himself a 50 game steroid suspension...i believe thats what hes doing instead of being injured

Fixed the mistakes - thanks guys. Franklin's move up wasn't listed at the Braves' site until this morning, and I didn't believe that they were that desperate for relief, so I didn't check the roster.

Actually even scarier is that with Shiell banished and Horacio and Thomson hurt Franklin might gert a chance to start in Atlanta...ugh. And this after pitching exclusively in relief in AAA
Hes actually been very good out of the pen for Richmond...but that doesnt change the fact that hes WAYNE FRANKLIN.

Pity Lerew regressed...we could've used him this year
