I got a message from someone saying that the Mets had promoted the Future (a.k.a. Fernando Martinez) to St. Lucie. If I'm not mistaken, at 17, he was the youngest player in the SAL. I'm guessing the same will be true of the FSL, no? Is he the youngest ever to play in that league?
