10/23 Coaching changes (Cubs)

The Cubs named David Bell as the third base coach and removed the interim tag from hitting coach James Rowson.

I’m guessing that Bell saw himself as a possible candidate to replace Dusty Baker and when Dusty re-upped, Bell decided to move on.

Has Bell learned to throw a knuckleball? Because then I'd care...

David Bell, hated in Philly because management decided it could get more for Placido Polanco than him, to make room for Utley. And that "more" turned out to be Ugueth "Machete-Man" Urbina, who was of no help. (Nor was Bell from that point forward).

Does David bell look as worried when coaching as he always did while hitting?

Never played above A ball and had a MiL lifetime average of .204.
