That’s a lot of Blue Jays.

Only 1 Brave. Can't believe a pitcher or two didn't make it.

I can't see the logic for Senzel over Devers. Devers is younger, hit better, and at a higher level. Otherwise, looks decent, although Bichette at 2B instead of SS seems like cheating.

I love seeing the 3 Jays there although Bichette was at SS all year and Vlad was at 3B so yes, there was some cheating there imo. Yes, in the long run 2B and DH might be where they end up but not yet.

I guess it really depends on what you think a minor league all star team should be. Should it represent the best players of the year(relative to level) or should it represent the best prospects going forward who have had a great year. Generally speaking, lower level second baseman and even some third baseman aren't really considered the elite prospects unless they have already been moved off of short. So it's possible(if not probable) that at least at the lower levels, that the 5th best shortstop has a better chance of being a MLB second baseman than the best second baseman, and at the higher levels (especially AAA) you might have major league ready second baseman playing that are just filling roster spots in case someone goes down and aren't really prospects, just the definition of replacement level players. Those guys might have good years, but it's an age/experience thing more than it is that they are future all stars.
