8,000 baseball fans recreated Animal House food fight during game

The St. Paul Saints welcomed fans to the game (against the Sioux Falls Canaries) with complimentary waterproof ponchos.  Attendees were then “given access to prepared food packets, mashed potatoes, marshmallows, powdered donuts and popcorn.”  Then everyone patiently waited until the bottom of the 5th inning, when Animal House’s memorable food fight scene started playing on the “big board.”

Now they could have done it with conventional weapons.  But that could have taken years, and cost millions of lives.

Is double-secret probation like a lifetime ban in baseball, except it doesn't end at an arbitrary time???

Brian McCann= Niedermeyer?
Wait, no that's gotta be Ty Cobb.

Mark Metcalf who played Niedermeyer (and also was the Maestro on Seinfeld) owned Libby Montana's a bar/restaurant/w volleyball courts in suburban Milwaukee with his wife (since divorced). He was often there, I recall him looking really old. That was a good place.
