This makes Krueger eligible for The Union, right?
...or a friend of Nieporent's...
I am in agreement with those who are unsympathetic to Krueger, but I think firing him is neither culturally productive nor easily justified. Many of those who are seeing Alou as being manipulative/hypersensitive/overreactive will now have those feelings increase, which will, as someone said, "deepen divisions." I also am in agreement with Treder that this is as likely to help Krueger's career as it is to hurt it.
Bill James, in writing about Alou once, said that Alou "talks about Christ as if he is renting the next apartment" so the bizarre Satan comment is unsurprising. That said, it is no one else's place to tell Alou, in effect, to "lighten up" (so to speak) because it's 2005 and he's making big money managing. IMO, those who sympathize with Krueger should pissed at KNBR, not Felipe Alou.

Think I'll go to In-N-Out after I apologize.
F Alou = .042
J Alou = .025
M Alou = .038
The lg avg during that period was .06 to .065 or so.
