Man, that's basically what that one kid turned down to go to Vandy.

The Tigers first pick in both the 2009 and 2010 drafts received bonuses significantly larger than the Tigers total 2011 expenditure. Weird.

On the one hand, Bud hates seeing players get more money. On the other hand, he seems more sympathetic to small market teams. This is obviously a great equalizer for small market clubs - will he continue to insist on hard slotting?
