Not sure if it's this particular site, but I've ordered quite a few jerseys from similar places. They seem fine (to my untrained eye). Though the oddest purchase I think I've made jersey-wise was a Rick Ley Hartford Whalers jersey from some guy/company in Malaysia through e-bay. They had about 20 Leys and an equal number of Kevin Dineens, but the Ley was $10 whereas the Dineen was $12, so I opted for Rick.

I wonder if that's the same company I got my Alex Smith jerseys. The shipping from China is actually $20, so they are not that cheap. They are actually pretty nice, although the stripes on the sleeve were a little misregistered.

It sort of seemed appropriate to get Alex Smith 11 jerseys from a chinese pirate shop. And hell, the real ones are expensive!
