Wright generally makes pretty bland comments so it is pretty clear that he is irked.
Milledge has never really done anything that bad with respect to the media and he actually can be very engaging and charismatic. I remember an interview he had with Mike and the Mad Dog, and he did a very nice fielding questions. That said, he should probably talk less and play.
He made a comment recently along the lines of: "I am only worried about showing my team and family what I can do. And I am not really worried about that because they already know what I can do."
That quote rubbed me the wrong way somehow. He is still a largely unproven player at the big league level.
I did not know that Church had a habit of sticking his foot in his mouth. Fortunately, I don't think he'll garner much attention in New York as long as he plays relatively well.
