1. Traction, splints, and other wound care
2. Other CT (CAT) scan
3. Diagnostic ultrasound of abdomen or retroperitoneum (area behind abdomen)
4. Removal of ectopic pregnancy (abdominal or tubal pregnancy)
5. Urinary system measurements done outside an operating room
6. Routine chest X-ray
7. Cardiac stress tests
8. Radioisotope scan and function studies
9. Removal of foreign body (non-operating room)
10. Mammogram (X-ray pictures of breasts to detect possible tumors)

I'm no expert on immigration law so I'm just asking here. Assuming that one is not in the country illegally, is deportation something that would typically be pursued for a trespassing conviction?
She should have twitted she was going to 'destroy America' and 'dig up Marilyn Monroe'
Prior to 9/11 the crime had to involve "moral turpitude." Today I think any criminal conviction may lead to the removal -- the phrase "deportation" is so 9/10 -- of any legal permanent resident or visitor.
