Deadspin: The Littlest Streaker

Tell me this isn’t adorable. Also tell me that you wouldn’t sneak your kid on the field to pull this off. Totally worth the social services housecall.

Eh, it's not as memorable as the last time a father brought his son on the field.

They should have used a teeny tiny little Taser on him. That would have been adorable.

Well, I don't think it's adorable nor would I sneak my kid on the field to pull this off.

Also, he's wearing the annoying hipster knit hat they all wear indoors.

Can't wait until the "streaker" + "little kid" + "harsh punishment" combination makes it into Google's search engine. For some out there, that's entrapment.

This is why you don't show people running on the field. It only encourages them.

It would've been a lot more adorable if the little idiot had scampered into the middle of a NASCAR race.

(Thank god that, as I'd feared, "littlest streaker" wasn't a reference to a naked David Samson.)

Dead baby joke thread anyone? What do you get when you push a baby down the stairs?....An erection.....

That kid wasn't streaking.

Yeah. Jerry Sandusky is not happy with Deadspin right now. Also, that kid is a bit too old for it to be adorable.

Jesus Shooty, now I have to be clear that I was not disappointed he was not streaking.

Kill yourself child ######!

Actually, since the headline says streaking, we should all be suspect for clicking on the link.

Yea, I don't know how every "on-field trespasser" has come to mean "streaking." Streaking does not involve pants.

Good point. I should have been clearer. I still stand by this being adorable.

His parents helped lower him down the rail, right? If so, ban them forever. My first thought was "great job Viciedo isn't that cute". My 2nd thought was "what if the kid was a suicide bomber".

Morbid, I know, but such are the times we live in. Ban the family for life.

I thought mad villains were generally in favor of chaos and disorder.

I'm not convinced the times we live in really lead to one reasonably immediately question whether an 8/10-year-old child in a t-shirt and wearing a baseball glove is a suicide bomber. But maybe that's just me.

Everything is cute and cuddly until it's not. Yea, one million times out of 100,000,001 it's not, great. But it just takes one ####### to ruin it for everyone. Hence the whole "this is serious business" approach whenever someone runs on the field. White Sox fans have seen it before.

It may not have been the parents. I've got four kids, and I know what a bored older brother can get a kindergardener to do. Did you see who met the guard at the fence? A ten year old boy. The guard was having none of it and pushed right past him. If I'm the dad, that 10 year old will be grounded forever.

Edit: And my wife would kill me.

In the immortal words of Manny Coon : "For the next ten years I wandered...sort of like that German Shepherd Hobo. Except I don't lick stranger's faces unless I'm ####### 'em".

That must be what is meant by a measured response. I guess the only variable is the measuring stick, huh?
