EDIT: Excuse me, Nady
edit: I'm not the kind of guy who says "I told ya so!"
That's just mean.
yes. and if you happen to sit up there it's both hot and it smells when the fire bursts out
So it's like when Bernal plays with Zippos?
That's Dusty Baker for you. Always taking his young starters out too soon...
Lots of Ks.
[edit] at least as a neutral ...
And Orioles fans.
My sentiments exactly. I just had a bad feeling about this one from the start.
(TOWEL WATCH: YELLOWY GOLD)
Speed is the new market inefficency.
Pointless interviews with managers mid-game: good?
Also, NICE play, Stephen Drew.
can he keep being a positive part of a lineup until age 35?
Al Davis proven right at last!
HW, plus it will be a little warmer tomorrow afternoon/evening. I know both teams play with the conditions, but GABP playing like a bigger park hurts the Reds more.
I don't see why not. But I wouldn't bet on it.
He plays with such energy I can't believe his knees will hold up for that long. I'd anticipate him to lose his value at age 34 and after.
I guess it's just not your night when you give up 1 hit through 9 innings, and still find a way to lose the game in extras.
I would have extended Marshall and/or Chapman (of course I really never want to see Broxton in a tie again, but that's another story). With the uncertainty around Cueto, I would have tried to get at least 3+ innings out of my top 2 relievers. That game was there to win, and Dusty did a Paint with Numbers with his pen.
Going to be hard to prove you wrong.
vs. R - 34 HR
vs. L - 26 HR
Walks about twice as much against lefties, hits a few more doubles.
