A few years ago I was in Florida and some guy spent about 15 minutes explaining in great detail the free hat he got at Mel's with breakfast a few days before. He was very excited about the hat.
EDIT: Got confused, Matt Cain is at bat, not pitching, MCoA is right, dammit.
the reds had their shot in the first inning and missed which pretty much sums up the games in gab to this point
The proper play was to first.
EDIT: He tried to throw home, I mean.
But I'd put Latos 2nd.
N.L. teams who have taken a 2-0 series lead in divisional play are 21 for 21, up to this point.
Ballgame.
It all went pear-shaped for Latos in about five minutes.
Any other predictions?
I'm pretty happy with Dusty's decision. :)
Who hit the last postseason Grand Slam for the Giants.
Plus why was lecure warming first? In that situation, you need to start at the back of the pen.
I want to say yes, but I don't remember. I only remember it was against the Cubs.
I mean, yes, I give them 98%, but I would not leave the park early if I were there.
That is right, it was off Maddux
Latos was pitching well, too!
Datdude BP!
**Never happened before in the Major Leagues, though it did happen once in the Junior World Series.
News to the '81 Dodgers . . . and Astros.
Do something Votto
I am rooting for the Giants, though.
There have been 17 LDS seasons played so far which means there have been 34 NLDS played. 21 out of 34 have featured a team up 2-0? That seems surprising to me. I would think 1-1 is a more common result than 2-0 particularly when you are talking about series with roughly evenly matched teams.
