HOW WILL THE ANGELS LOSE TODAY?!

Worst division in baseball is easily the NL East. Gnats should coast even with no bullpen.

This past weekend was a bit humbling for a Yankee fan. No, they are not the BTIB. I'll take the division lead as consolation.

Kansas City here we come.

Last Dodgers-Giants series 'til the end of July starts tonight by the bay. Teams heading in opposite directions, but Giants 4-3 head-to-head.

Tonight: McCarthy v Cain
Tuesday: Hill v Blach
Winsday: Kershaw v Cueto

Blue should win series, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Speaking of San Francisco, Giants DLed Hunter Pence and brought up Mac Williamson today. The next couple of weeks could very well determine the trajectory of Williamson's career. One would assume that if he can hold down RF in Pence's absence, Giants will keep on the MLB roster as the starter in LF and thus allow him an opportunity to escape the AAAA gravity well he's presently stuck in.

Will no one rid me of this troublesome Bolsinger?

Suck, Suck and Cueto, the QuickPitch idiot.

Sounds like a sweep !

He has no future in MLB. It's just so.

Since there is no really important baseball... GO CELTICS !

I don't even know what to make of the 'Washington Wizards' ... is that supposed to be irony or sarcasm or just plain balderdash ?

At least the NBA refs suck too. Makes the MLB ump suckery not so bad and unusual.

Mike Ohlman gets his first MLB hit. And an RBI comes with it.
Hit it for Toronto, off Bartolo Colon.

How many guys can say that? That's got to be an exclusive club of only a few hundred.

It's early, but it's looking like there are no "Strong" divisions in baseball right now... but if I had to put money on the "stronger" divisions it's of course the AL east, NL Central, and surprisingly the NL West.

Among the four major sports, how do most people rank the officiating.

I'm assuming it goes

1. MLB (and it's not even close)
2. NHL(except in the playoffs where it's 3.5)
3. NFL
4. NBA (and it's not even close)

Who had Zack Wheeler as being the Mets best and healthiest pitcher 50 days into the season?
   15. Dog on the sidewalk Posted: May 16, 2017 at 12:31 AM (#5456169)
I don't at all buy that Wheeler's been better than deGrom. But yeah, not what I was expecting (and it's less a compliment towards Wheeler than an indictment of the rest of the staff, as Wheeler has pitched more or less to expectation).

A few weeks ago, I said that the self-immolation was premature. Beginning to reconsider that.

Kole Calhoun, 3-run homer! Angels tie it up!

And Mike Trout follows with a no-doubter. It'll land in a few minutes. 4-3, Angels.
