Hechavarria started turning on the jets in his last couple of weeks with New Hampshire last year. His hot streak continued in Vegas (and was apparently not park-driven; he did most of the damage in more neutralish road parks) and apparently he's still on it. I recall reading that this all coincided with some kind of mechanical adjustment. Too early to say whether any of it's real, and his first year-and-a-half of pro baseball was some kind of learning period or something, but if he can actually hit then that's huge for the Jays.
