HeraldNet - M’s Tomko asks to be traded

Brett Tomko and Troy O’Leary must have the same agent. That agent must be telling them that teams are falling all over themselves trying to acquire outfielders that hit .230 and pitchers with ERA near 6. That agent would probably tell Quasimodo that his hump makes him a real chick magnet.

I thought about that. I liken it to finding a cure for cancer but one of the side effects is that you get syphyllis.

If I were the Red Sox, I'd take that deal. Kerrigan might turn Tomko around, while O'Leary is very unlikely to show us anything he already hasn't and the Sox don't need him anyway.
