INTERNATIONAL BASEBALL ROUNDUP (9-26)

ASIA:
The Indians are allowing Shin-Soo Choo to play in the Asian Games.

The Softbank Hawks have clinched the Pacific League title.

AMERICAS:
USA Baseball’s Pan American Qualifying Roster has been set and changed a bit. Due to certain players on the preliminary roster getting called up some changes were made. Six of the 24 players come from the Royals organization.

Cuba has been pounding on Nicaragua in warmups for that tournament.

EUROPE:
Bologna has won the Coppa Italia. Europe, where everyone gets a consolation prize.

OCEANIA/MISC:
Nothing today.
