JS Online: Hitters enjoying Miller Park’s brew

Here’s something that might get Voros’ attention. Looking over the table included with this article which covers how much frequently balls are leaving Miller Park, I notice that, compared to the first nine games at County Stadium last season, home runs are up (16-7). I also notice attendence is up as well(32,556-19,133). Maybe the players are hitting more homers because there are more people watching them? Ahh, probably not. Maybe, just maybe, the park is not the factor either. Since it could just be a random blip, why don’t we wait a little while before jumping to any conclusion.
