Based on recent events, I think Brian McNamee wants Rusty as Roger Clemens lawyer too. I agree with Joe Rogan. I doubt you can find anyone else like him.

Roden said losing Hardin would cause Clemens great harm because Hardin's team has done so much on the case. Roden and Hardin have pointed to a similar case in the Houston federal courts in which a judge appointed another lawyer for one witness. Clemens has told the court he will hire someone else to question Pettitte.

That is an interesting little detail that does not make the big write up.

I gather the opinion is not published. It sounds as if the judge agrees that ol Rusty is dealing from a stacked deck, but he's going to force Pettite to do the damage. That is a pretty long opinion with 26 days to deliver.
