At one point, Olbermann says, "The first time I heard one play accuse another of PED use, it was in late 1986."

Morris can be forgiven though since he only juiced to the score.

twitter is at the apex of its influence, it can't get anymore influential. It's where Facebook was in 2009. Microsoft in the lat 90's, AOL in 1993. Olbermann in uh, 1996.

Facebook is supposed to be for a close social network. Twitter truly feels like you can ask somebody anything, and see that you can get a response.

For sure tripon but twitter is just a platform, just like say live journal or tumble. The concept is now ubiquitous. The valuation and zeitgeist has peaked for the company IMO.

Here's how stupid Ken Gurnick is: he actually made me want to fist-bump Keith Olbermann. And not on his nose, for once.

Cats and dogs, LIVING TOGETHER... Mass hysteria!

"The 6th best prospect in the Minnesota Twins farm system..."

My god who can we look up to now?

I like Olberman when he sticks to sports.

it wasn't mass hysteria in Wisconsin but when I stopped by to check on a neighbor (even older than me!) her dog and two cats were all huddled up in the dog bed

Oohhh, Keith effed that up. Rosario was suspended, but it was for "drugs of abuse" not PEDs.

Which I've been meaning to ask: Rosario looks about ready for a mid-season call up; could the team put him on the 40-man and negate this suspension? Or can that not be done retroactively?

I don't think it can be done now, but when Marcus Stroman was suspended the Jays had time between the test and the announcement when they could have added him.

Hyperbole is Olbermann's stock-in-trade, but I'd have to think that worse people in the world of sports are those who cover up or hinder sexual assault investigations to keep athletes for "their" team on the field.

In the excerpt above, he goes out of his way to clarify "worse person in sports." isn't a literal definition of worst person. (I mean he listed FSU online store as one of his three because they accidently advertised the championship shirt with the scores reversed.)

Those cats must have been much nicer than these cats.
