My brain initially read that as "Miami Sound Machine." More Estefan than Esteban.

It doesn't matter who your agent is, Manny. Nobody's going to give you a ML contract at this point in your career. If you want to earn your way back to the majors, you're going to need to show it in AAA.

I thought for a second Manny had become an agent, and I thought, holy ####, that is the most awesome thing I have ever read.

Why must life be so enriched with disappointment?

Yeah the "joins" in the headline threw me as well.
