McGowan out at least four weeks, probably longer

Pitcher Dustin McGowan has been diagnosed with a tear in his right rotator cuff and surgery is a possibility.

McGowan, Janssen, Marcum, Accardo all gone.

And not Burnett or Ryan. Crazy world.

That stinks.

The first four starters I took in this year's fantasy draft were Verlander, Harang, Oswalt and McGowan. Needless to say, I'm not in first place.

Too bad. Kid can really pitch, when he's on top of his game.

"The first four starters I took in this year's fantasy draft were Verlander, Harang, Oswalt and McGowan."

Serves you right for focusing so heavily on arms.

I'd be more concerned if Rose McGowan was out for 4 weeks or longer.

If, um, it was relevant to me personally, of course.

So the next time he wants some starters, he should be checking out their asses?

Hey, I didn't say they were the first four players I chose. In fact, I didn't pick Verlander until the 6th round. My offense is doing just fine.

I don't think a sore shoulder would cause me to drop Rose McGowan from my starting rotation.

Looking at Rose McGowan gives you a sore shoulder? Too much info...

No, Rose McGowan having a sore shoulder would not cause me not to want to look at her. Silly.
