Miami Herald: Miceli: `I got this day out of the way’

Everybody works with a guy like Dan Miceli. He’s the guy who stands around the coffeemaker all day complaining about the boss, while simultaneously not pulling his weight around the office. Eventually this guys get fired, but not before making your job a little less enjoyable.
